Financial Functional Consultant

About the role

Weasydoo is seeking a Financial Functional Consultant to help clients optimise and evolve their finance systems. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, propose enhancements, and ensure successful delivery of system improvement projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, scope and propose development requirements for existing finance systems.
• Demonstrate expertise in managing, improving, streamlining and implementing financial systems.
• Plan and deliver system improvement projects on time and within scope.
• Collaborate with remote teams and customers, handling tasks independently when required.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to non‑disclosure policies.
• Suggest tool and process improvements to enhance practice efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong customer focus with experience in a consulting environment.
• Ability to understand client needs, build relationships and know when to escalate issues.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Minimum 2‑3 years of related experience in the financial services industry, preferably with sales exposure.
