Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional table service.
• Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and relay orders to kitchen staff.
• Serve meals and beverages according to hospitality service standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Process bills and handle payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams.

Required profile

• Previous experience in restaurant service, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Good English communication skills.
• Customer‑focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
