About the role

TalentPop is seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join its fully remote team. You will handle customer inquiries via chat and email, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for users of its e‑commerce platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional support in French and English through chat and email.
• Assist customers with orders, inquiries, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver clear, accurate solutions.
• Document interactions and maintain precise records.
• Collaborate with teammates to guarantee consistent, high‑quality service.
• Share feedback to improve processes and the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent written and reading comprehension in French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (e‑commerce a plus).
• Strong written communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple conversations.
• Organized, reliable, proactive, and solution‑oriented.

Required skills

• Experience with support tools such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
