French-Speaking Customer Experience Specialist

About the role

The Flex is a property management platform that connects guests and landlords worldwide, powered by its own Property Management System (PMS). As a French-Speaking Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the voice of the company for guests and landlords, handling every interaction from the first inquiry to check-out. The role suits someone empathetic, detail-oriented and passionate about turning challenges into exceptional experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest and landlord inquiries by email, chat and phone in French and English
• Guide guests through reservations, check-in and check-out using the PMS tools
• Investigate and resolve issues quickly with a calm, empathetic, solution-focused approach
• Document interactions, feedback and resolutions to improve service quality
• Work with Operations and Tech to spot recurring issues, propose improvements and optimise the user experience
• Identify opportunities to enhance stays and strengthen long-term relationships with guests and landlords

Required profile

• Fluency in French and English, written and spoken
• Proven customer service experience, ideally in hospitality, real estate or tech-enabled platforms
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with good organisational ability and composure under pressure
• A problem-solving mindset with empathy, patience and meticulous attention to detail

Required skills

• Comfortable using PMS, CRM and digital support tools
• French and English communication
