About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, providing assistance via phone, live chat, and email. The role emphasizes professionalism, empathy, and quick problem resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality support in French and English through voice calls and chat sessions.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective, customer‑first solutions.
• Maintain clear and empathetic communication to build strong relationships.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent service standards.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

• Experience with Gorgias.
• Experience with Zendesk.
• Experience with Shopify.
