French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a fluent French‑English speaker to join our remote customer service team. In this position you will act as the primary point of contact for French‑speaking customers, delivering assistance via phone and live chat while upholding our brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly support in both French and English across voice calls and live‑chat channels.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and deliver effective solutions.

Required profile

• Complete fluency in written and spoken French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support, or a contact‑center environment.
• Strong attention to detail, patience, and a genuine desire to help customers.
• Ability to work independently while communicating clearly with a remote team.

Required skills
