About the role

The British Council is seeking two passionate English Language Teachers to deliver high‑quality, engaging lessons to learners from diverse backgrounds. This full‑time position supports the organisation’s global English strategy and contributes to its cultural relations mission.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver lessons that align with British Council Global Teaching Standards.
• Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback and encourage learner autonomy.
• Participate in professional development activities and share best practices with colleagues.
• Collaborate with the teaching team on course design, material evaluation and continuous improvement.
• Assist with local marketing initiatives and contribute to an outstanding customer experience.
