About the role

The company, a fast‑growing cosmetics and personal‑care producer, is strengthening its Human Resources department. It seeks a Payroll Manager to handle the full payroll cycle for its staff in Larbaa.

Key responsibilities

• Daily use of the PC Paie software for payroll processing.
• Prepare, calculate and verify monthly payroll, including variable elements.
• Manage employee absences, leave requests and statutory time‑off calculations (STC).
• Calculate and control CNAS contributions and IRG tax, and submit electronic CNAS declarations.
• Generate payroll reports and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Required profile

• Strong command of PC Paie and practical payroll management experience.
• Good understanding of taxable, non‑taxable and contributable allowances.
• Familiarity with CNAS, IRG and electronic filing procedures.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills and a solid sense of control.
• Ability to work independently and handle payroll autonomously.
