Go-to-Market Specialist – Algeria

About the role

DeepMinds, a venture studio focused on deep‑tech ventures, is looking for a Go-to-Market (GTM) Specialist to lead the market launch of its portfolio companies in Algeria. This full‑time, on‑site position will drive market validation, positioning, and adoption of innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute market launch strategies for DeepMinds ventures targeting the Algerian market.
• Validate market opportunities through research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery.
• Define positioning, value propositions, and messaging for new products.
• Coordinate cross‑functional launch activities with product, engineering, and sales teams.
• Build and nurture relationships with customers, strategic partners, industry stakeholders, and the local innovation ecosystem.
• Generate commercial opportunities and accelerate market growth.
• Monitor market performance, collect customer feedback, and continuously refine GTM strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in go‑to‑market strategy, product launches, business development, venture building, or startup growth.
• Strong market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with customers, partners, and ecosystem players.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with the Algerian market; knowledge of the MENA startup ecosystem is a plus.
• Self‑driven, proactive, execution‑oriented, with a passion for innovation and emerging technologies.
