Growth Marketer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI‑powered operating system for B2C brands and needs a Growth Marketer to drive acquisition and sign‑ups. This hands‑on, entrepreneurial position lets you own the growth engine, experiment rapidly, and shape the company’s go‑to‑market strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute growth strategies across one or multiple channels (paid ads, SEO, outbound, referral, etc.).
• Generate leads and drive sign‑ups by building and running acquisition campaigns.
• Design, test and iterate on hooks, audiences, funnels and offers, scaling successful experiments.
• Leverage AI tools for research, copywriting, targeting and automation.
• Build high‑converting landing pages and funnels, monitoring performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the founder on positioning, messaging and prioritisation of growth initiatives.
• Track all metrics, analyse data and communicate clear insights on what works.

Required profile

• Fast learner who can quickly pick up new growth channels and tools.
• Strong desire to become an expert growth marketer.
• Self‑directed and scrappy, able to work independently without detailed instructions.
• Analytical mindset comfortable with data, attribution and performance reporting.
