Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

EGOR Gaming is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to work directly with the Founder & CEO and shape the company’s growth strategy. The role will start with three months of remote work before transitioning to a full‑time on‑site position in Algiers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a long‑term growth strategy, identifying high‑impact opportunities.
• Plan and run multi‑channel user acquisition campaigns, optimizing cost and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to improve onboarding, activation, and retention.
• Build and manage CRM and lifecycle marketing automation workflows.
• Develop community, ambassador, and creator programs to strengthen brand presence.
• Set growth KPIs, create dashboards, and lead continuous A/B testing and experimentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in growth marketing, growth strategy, or product growth.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Ability to take ownership, solve complex problems, and thrive in a fast‑moving environment.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM and lifecycle marketing automation.
• Knowledge of multi‑channel acquisition tactics.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and data‑driven optimization.
