About the role

Fluxora OS is building a next‑generation restaurant operating system that connects customers, kitchen operations, staff workflow, inventory and finance. We are looking for a motivated and creative Growth Marketing & Social Media Manager to help increase our visibility and drive brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Publish daily content across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Research and reach out to restaurants and potential clients.
• Organise product demonstrations for prospective customers.
• Boost brand visibility and awareness for the Fluxora OS platform.
• Track marketing performance and growth metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum education: Baccalaureate.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Self‑motivated and proactive mindset.
• Interest in startups, technology and digital marketing.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Experience using Canva or CapCut for content creation.
