Guest Arrival Expert (Chauffeur)

About the role

As a Guest Arrival Expert (Chauffeur) you will be the first and last face of our hotel for guests, ensuring their arrival and departure are smooth, memorable, and reflect the high standards of Marriott hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival, provide transportation assistance, and guide them through check‑in procedures.
• Assist guests during departure, ensuring a pleasant farewell and handling luggage as needed.
• Process operational tasks such as completing reports, handling guest requests, and sharing local area highlights.
• Maintain a safe and professional work environment, adhering to company policies, confidentiality, and uniform standards.
• Perform physical duties including standing, walking, lifting objects up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and handle moderate physical workload.
• Professional appearance, strong communication, and commitment to guest satisfaction.
