Guest Service Expert – Server

About the role

Join the Le Méridien team in Oran as a Guest Service Expert (Server). You will help create memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive service, maintaining a clean environment, and supporting the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams.

Key responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, ensuring proper presentation and cleanliness.
• Communicate orders and special requests accurately with the kitchen.
• Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to guest needs promptly.
• Maintain work areas, equipment, and supplies in a tidy condition.
• Read and verify menu information, assist guests with menu selections.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance), moving, pushing, pulling, and reaching overhead or below the knees.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and uphold uniform and appearance standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related hospitality or food‑service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods on varied surfaces.
• Capability to lift and carry objects as described in the duties.
• Commitment to creating a safe and welcoming workplace.
