About the role
The Handyman provides essential maintenance and repair services for the hotel facilities, ensuring guest areas remain safe, functional, and welcoming. This full‑time position involves a mix of plumbing, basic carpentry, and general upkeep tasks while adhering to safety and service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Fix minor plumbing problems such as unclogging drains, plunging toilets, and repairing leaky spigots and faucets.
- Perform miscellaneous minor repairs including tightening loose toilet seats, changing light bulbs, and patching holes in walls.
- Carry out preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication.
- Follow company safety policies, report hazards, and complete required safety training.
- Assist guests, ensure a professional appearance, and support individuals with disabilities.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
