Hardware Field Service Engineer

About the role

Siemens Healthineers Algeria is seeking a Hardware Field Service Engineer to join its Oncology Services team in the Djelfa/Laghouat region. You will be the primary technical contact for customers, ensuring that medical equipment operates reliably through installation, maintenance, and repair activities.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Siemens Healthineers Oncology medical systems within the assigned territory.
• Perform preventive maintenance, installations, and upgrades according to company guidelines.
• Manage daily schedules, prioritize service calls, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Escalate complex incidents to senior representatives when necessary.
• Maintain accurate field service, expense, and consignment documentation.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in field service or technical support for medical equipment.
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers, sales, and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently in a defined geographic area.
• Relevant technical education (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or related field).
