HR Business Partner – HR Operations & Compliance

About the role

Swissport Algeria is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead HR Operations and Compliance. You will act as the operational backbone of the HR function, ensuring accurate employee administration, payroll coordination, and adherence to Algerian labour legislation while supporting a seamless employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, off‑boarding, contract management, and record keeping.
• Maintain HR master data integrity across all HR systems and produce dashboards and KPIs.
• Supervise payroll preparation, validate personnel movements, and ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Ensure all employment contracts and documentation comply with Algerian Labour Law and Swissport policies.
• Manage relationships with social security authorities, submit statutory declarations, and monitor occupational accident administration.
• Lead, coach, and develop the HR Operations team, setting priorities and driving continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with the HR Business Partner – Talent & Employee Experience to deliver a cohesive employee experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR operations, payroll administration, and labour law compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Algerian labour legislation and social security regulations.
• Ability to lead a team, prioritize tasks, and ensure service excellence.
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data accuracy and reporting.
