About the role
The HR Officer will manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance follow‑up and administrative management. You will support department managers, maintain accurate HR records, ensure compliance with labour regulations, and help develop internal policies that strengthen team performance and company culture.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment and hiring processes.
- Control attendance, leave, and overall HR administration.
- Enforce HR policies and ensure compliance with labour law.
- Support managers in team performance management and employee relations.
- Prepare and oversee payroll processing.
- Maintain HR records and assist in policy development.
Required profile
- Proactive attitude with a focus on building a strong workforce.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to act as a trusted link between employees and management.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HR functions.
