HR Specialist

About the role

The HR Specialist supports the HR Manager in delivering all HR activities for the organization’s operations. This position ensures that payroll, recruitment, training, and employee administration are carried out in line with company standards and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist or execute the payroll process, including verification of time‑and‑attendance records, preparation of payslips and distribution to employees.
• Perform administrative duties such as drafting contracts, collecting and archiving documents, and updating internal HR files and tools.
• Support the organization and recording of training activities, performance evaluations, and development processes.
• Participate in recruitment by posting job ads, screening CVs, and coordinating interview schedules.
• Maintain the HR archive, ensuring data is current and accurate.
• Arrange employee transfers, hotel bookings, and flight reservations for assignments.
• Provide general assistance to the HR Manager on various HR tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in an HR or administration support role, preferably in a payroll service environment.
• Accountability, problem‑solving ability, resilience, and strong teamwork orientation.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of personnel administration.
• Good knowledge of labor law.
• Basic knowledge of English.
