Insurance Manager

About the role

The Insurance Manager will lead the development and online distribution of insurance products for BLS International in Algeria. This role focuses on building partnerships with insurers and brokers, driving digital sales, and achieving revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with insurance companies and brokers to develop and distribute suitable insurance products through online channels.
• Manage and drive online insurance sales, ensuring business and revenue targets are met.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurers and brokers to identify new business opportunities.
• Conduct regular meetings with partners to explore new products and growth initiatives.
• Perform monthly sales assessments, track performance against targets, and identify improvement areas.
• Introduce suitable sachet insurance products to support cross‑selling and upselling.
• Understand business and customer requirements and collaborate to recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth product implementation, sales, and distribution.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in insurance sales or travel sales.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with insurers and brokers.
• Strong analytical mindset to assess sales performance and identify opportunities.
