Integration Engineer

About the role

Ericsson is seeking an Integration Engineer with hands‑on experience in Communication Services, particularly CS Core and IMS. You will manage end‑to‑end delivery of Ericsson Communication Services solutions and translate customer needs into technical offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Lead deployment and configuration of Communication Services products.
• Prepare and execute system, module, and acceptance tests.
• Collaborate with business partners to improve delivery processes.
• Investigate and resolve technical product delivery issues.
• Maintain and update solution documentation.
• Provide structured feedback to R&D for portfolio enhancements.
• Participate in knowledge‑transfer and information‑sharing initiatives.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and share insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• 5–10 years of experience in delivery and implementation of cloud infrastructure or software virtualization.
• Strong communication, business understanding, and collaborative mindset.
• Result‑driven planning and organisational skills.
• Additional programming skills are a plus.

Required skills

• CS Core portfolio: MSC‑S, MGW, IP‑STP, DSC.
• IMS portfolio: MTAS, CSCF, SBC, MRF, DNS, ENUM.
• Cloud and NFVI technologies.
