IT Specialist – Programming, Network & Digital Signage

About the role

We are looking for an IT Specialist to join the technical team of 2H Hotel in Oran. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth operation of the hotel’s digital infrastructure, from network and database management to digital signage and surveillance systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and troubleshoot software applications used across the hotel.
• Configure, monitor and support the local network and internet connectivity.
• Design, implement and manage SQL databases that store operational data.
• Operate and maintain digital signage and audio‑visual equipment for guest areas.
• Install, configure and oversee surveillance camera systems.
• Provide first‑line technical support to hotel staff and guests.

Required profile

• Mandatory diploma (Licence/Bac+3 or higher such as Master 2 or Engineering degree).
• 1–2 years of professional experience in IT, preferably within the hospitality sector.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Programming (any language suitable for internal tools).
• Networking fundamentals and hardware configuration.
• SQL database design and query optimisation.
• Digital signage / audio‑visual system management.
• Surveillance camera installation and operation.
