Junior Marketing Specialist

About the role

Dar El Wai is seeking a Junior Marketing Specialist to join its marketing team. The role offers hands‑on experience across multiple projects and brands, supporting the execution and follow‑up of marketing initiatives throughout the group.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution and monitoring of marketing plans and campaigns.
• Conduct market and competitor research to gather actionable insights.
• Assist in understanding customer needs, behaviours, and target audiences.
• Track campaign performance, prepare reports and KPI follow‑ups.
• Help develop promotional offers and marketing initiatives.
• Support product, service, and campaign launches.
• Contribute ideas and recommendations for various projects and brands.
• Coordinate with content, design, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Assist in organizing events, activations, and field‑marketing activities.
• Monitor market trends and identify relevant opportunities.
• Organize marketing data and turn it into useful observations and recommendations.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration with a marketing focus, or a related field.
• Good understanding of marketing fundamentals, consumer behavior, market research, and digital marketing.
• Strong research, analytical, and information‑organization skills.
• Comfortable using online tools.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while keeping priorities organized.
• Curious, proactive, eager to learn, flexible, reliable, and comfortable working in a team.
