Junior Project Coordinator – Remote (Algeria Shift)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Project Coordinator to join Meade Willis’s remote team. The role supports planning, execution and delivery of technology and supply‑chain IT projects, working on an afternoon/evening shift that overlaps with Eastern Time.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily project activities, maintain schedules and update project plans.
• Organise and attend meetings, record minutes and follow up on action items.
• Track timelines, monitor progress and raise risks or issues to the Senior PM/PMO.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards and project documentation.
• Support quality‑assurance tasks, including user‑acceptance testing.
• Communicate regularly with internal teams and external stakeholders to clarify requirements and priorities.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
• 1‑2 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
• CAPM, PMP or equivalent project‑management certification or formal training.
• Basic understanding of SaaS, B2B e‑commerce and supply‑chain environments.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed team.
