About the role

Join Banter by Piercing Pagoda as a Key Sales Associate and help customers discover jewelry that expresses their love and personality. This seasonal position is based in Douglasville, GA, and focuses on delivering an outstanding in‑store experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to identify needs and address objections.
• Present merchandise, explain features and benefits, and recommend extended service plans and financing options.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a superior customer experience and achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Assist the Store Manager or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties as needed.

Required profile

• One year of sales, retail, or jewelry experience preferred (not mandatory).
• Strong commitment to excellence, growth mindset, and ability to provide a superior customer experience.
