Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The Logistics Coordinator will support and streamline logistics, traffic, and inventory operations across multiple business units. This newly created position works closely with warehouse teams, customer service, and sales to ensure accurate shipments and inventory records.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct physical inventory counts, investigate discrepancies, and process adjustments in NetSuite.
• Administer Sage 300 and NetSuite ERP systems, including user setup, customer/vendor updates, form customization, and bulk data imports/exports.
• Maintain up‑to‑date company records, pricing tables, and website product information.
• Process sales orders from quotes, email, and phone, and communicate order status to customers and sales reps.
• Obtain freight quotes, coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, and ensure all shipping documentation is complete.
• Liaise with customs brokers, submit paperwork to finance, and follow up to avoid delays.
• Support the CSR team with daily tasks, problem‑solve customer issues, and assist with workplace training.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of logistics or supply‑chain experience.
• Master‑level education (e.g., Master 2, Ingéniorat, Bac + 5).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
