Manager – Transaction Services (Algiers)

About the role

Interpath is seeking a Manager to join its Transaction Services team in Algiers. You will work closely with Managing Directors and senior colleagues, delivering end‑to‑end transaction projects for private‑equity and corporate clients across buy‑side and sell‑side assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver Financial Due Diligence (FDD) reports, covering historical performance, quality of earnings, net working capital, balance‑sheet reviews and off‑balance‑sheet items.
• Forecast future performance, critically assess target financial forecasts and identify potential risks and upside scenarios.
• Participate in client and target‑company meetings, acting as a secondary point of contact for day‑to‑day FDD execution.
• Build and maintain stakeholder and client relationships while promoting Interpath Advisory services.
• Support business development initiatives and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in accounting, finance, economics or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of transaction services experience at a top accounting firm (Big 4 preferred).
• Ability to work across the full deal lifecycle in a hands‑on, entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
