Marketing Executive

About the role

Holiday Inn Algiers – Cheraga Tower is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join its Sales & Marketing team. You will help shape the hotel’s brand presence, develop engaging digital content, and support promotional initiatives while adhering to IHG standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Manage the hotel’s social media platforms and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Create, edit, and publish engaging photo and video content, including reels and short‑form videos.
• Coordinate promotional activities and monitor campaign performance.
• Capture high‑quality photos and videos of facilities, events, and guest experiences.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field.
• Previous hospitality marketing experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
• Creative, organized, and knowledgeable about digital marketing tools.
• Experience in photography and video content creation for social media.
• Familiarity with photo and video editing software is highly desirable.
