Marketing Manager

About the role

ECI Groupe is seeking a full‑time Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of marketing strategies across multiple brands within its diverse portfolio. Based on‑site in Boumerdès, you will work closely with cross‑functional teams to drive brand growth, launch new products, and ensure consistent brand messaging.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns for several brands, covering both digital and offline channels.
• Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and performance tracking to inform strategic decisions.
• Coordinate content creation, copywriting, and brand messaging across websites, social media, and marketing collateral.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors, overseeing budgets and timelines.
• Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing strategy, campaign development, and go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Hands‑on expertise with digital marketing channels such as social media, email, and search marketing.
• Strong analytical skills for market research, competitor analysis, and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
