Material Handler

About the role

The Material Handler supports production and inventory operations by processing cancelled jobs, handling returns, and ensuring finished goods are properly repacked and salvaged. You will work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment, maintaining safety and cleanliness while collaborating with a team to meet daily targets.

Key responsibilities

• Physically process cancelled jobs, production returns, and scale‑downs.
• Repack and salvage finished goods according to company standards.
• Research and resolve inventory variances.
• Put away material efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic math skills (addition and subtraction).
• Physical stamina to stand 8 hours per day, lift up to 60 lb, and perform bending, twisting, reaching, and pushing repeatedly.
• Willingness to work overtime (2‑3 hours daily) on a regular basis.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work well with others.

• Wave picker operation certification.
• Order picker operation certification.
• Basic arithmetic.
