Materials Management Services Professional

About the role

Join Baker Hughes' Project Operations team as a Services Professional in Materials Management. You will ensure accurate material flow from shipment to site, support customers with inventory and tool preservation, and contribute to safe, efficient project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Check shipments against site receipts and perform 100% inventory inspection after material arrival.
• Dispatch materials to project sites according to schedule and segregate damaged items.
• Provide material preservation support and inventory management assistance to customers.
• Identify special tools on arrival, support clear inventory allocation, and assist the site manager with tool planning.
• Manage documentation, non‑conformity records and punch‑list checks, and prepare technical reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years experience in materials planning, warehousing and inventory management.
• Fluency in French, English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Proven analytical, problem‑solving and organizational skills.
