Medical Information Specialist – Dutch & English (plus additional language)

About the role

The Medical Information Specialist joins IQVIA's Safety Operations team to provide frontline support to health‑care professionals and patients. Working in a multilingual call‑center environment, you will help ensure patient safety across several therapeutic areas, including respiratory, infectious diseases, immunology, HIV and oncology.

Key responsibilities

• Provide phone, fax and email support to HCPs and patients, receiving and tracking medical inquiries, adverse events and product‑quality complaints.
• Document all interactions accurately and maintain up‑to‑date records during regular business hours.
• Communicate regularly with local management, reporting project metrics, challenges and successes.
• Foster a collaborative team atmosphere with other Lifecycle Safety members.
• Participate in training sessions, working groups and initiatives aimed at improving processes and service offerings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a Life Science discipline.
• Native‑level written and spoken Dutch (C2) and advanced English (minimum C1).
• Proficiency in at least one additional foreign language.
• Strong willingness to learn new skills within the Lifecycle Safety service portfolio.
