Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a senior functional solutions consultant with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement to lead business transformation projects. The consultant will partner with stakeholders to design, implement and optimise CRM solutions that deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops, gather requirements and analyse business processes.
• Translate requirements into scalable Dynamics 365 solutions covering Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Customer Insights and optionally Field Service.
• Create functional architecture, solution blueprints, specifications and user stories.
• Configure entities, forms, views, workflows, security models and support integrations and data migration.
• Act as trusted advisor to business leaders, facilitate executive workshops and guide CRM roadmap.
• Lead functional workstreams, mentor junior consultants and support project planning, estimation and risk management.
• Leverage Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Power BI) to automate processes and drive innovation.
• Develop training materials, conduct UAT sessions and support post‑go‑live adoption.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years delivering CRM solutions, with at least 5 years hands‑on experience on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
• Proven experience in business process analysis, solution design and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English and French.
