National Medical Supervisor - Dermocosmetics

About the role

BIONNEX, an international dermocosmetic company expanding in Algeria, is looking for an experienced National Medical Supervisor to lead its Medical Affairs activities. The role develops and executes the medical strategy in Algeria, supports commercial objectives through compliant medical activities, leads the Medical Representative team and acts as the main scientific liaison with healthcare professionals, especially dermatologists, aesthetic physicians and GPs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual Medical Affairs strategy, identify medical opportunities and trends, and build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and healthcare professionals.
• Provide scientific expertise to internal and external partners and support product launches and lifecycle management.
• Lead, coach and develop the Medical Representative team, set field objectives, KPIs and performance standards, and ensure high-quality scientific communication and compliance.
• Design and deliver scientific training for Medical Representatives and Commercial Teams, including scientific meetings, round tables, CME activities, advisory boards and congress participation.
• Monitor medical activity through KPIs, analyze field insights and prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports.

Required profile

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD), MD or equivalent Life Sciences degree.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in medical supervision; previous experience managing Medical Representatives strongly preferred.
• Experience in dermatology, aesthetics, dermocosmetics or food supplements is a major advantage.
• Fluent French and English; Arabic is a plus.
