OCC Coordinator – Airport Operations Control

About the role

Swissport Algeria is seeking an OCC Coordinator to manage the Operations Control Center at Algiers airport. You will be the central point for coordinating daily airport activities, ensuring smooth communication between teams, and reacting quickly to any operational disruptions.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate daily airport operations from the OCC.
• Facilitate effective communication between ground handling, security, and flight operations teams.
• Anticipate and mitigate potential disruptions to maintain operational flow.
• Support decision‑making under pressure and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of operational events and actions taken.

Required profile

• Highly organized, proactive, and responsive.
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
• Strong analytical and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced airport environment.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Experience in airport operations or a similar coordination role is a plus.
