OCC Coordinator – Airport Operations Control

About the role

Swissport Algeria is seeking an OCC Coordinator to manage the daily flow of airport operations from the Operations Control Centre. In this role you will act as the communication hub, ensuring that all operational teams work together smoothly and safely.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily airport activities, maintaining real‑time situational awareness.
• Facilitate effective communication between ground handling, flight, and support teams.
• Anticipate and mitigate potential disruptions to maintain operational continuity.
• Support decision‑making during high‑pressure situations to keep the airport environment safe and efficient.
• Document incidents and generate reports for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Highly organized, responsive, and proactive.
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
• Strong communication and coordination capabilities.
• Analytical and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Comfortable in a dynamic airport environment.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Experience in airport operations or a similar coordination role is a plus.
