About the role

Click Agency is looking for an on‑site Sales Representative to join its team in Constantine. You will be the front‑line driver of new business, working closely with the marketing and creative departments to turn brand visibility into measurable sales.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients through research and outreach.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring ongoing satisfaction.
• Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to present tailored solutions.
• Manage client portfolios, conduct regular follow‑ups, and provide post‑sale support.

Required profile

• Proven sales or client‑facing experience, preferably in marketing or advertising.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Knowledge of marketing, advertising strategies and digital sales techniques.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field is preferred.
