Packer Technician

About the role

The Packer Technician ensures smooth, safe, and efficient operation of packaging machines on a shift basis in the SMD line. The role focuses on meeting productivity targets while minimizing waste and supporting continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to keep production machines running at required quantity and quality levels.
• Execute scheduled maintenance and participate in corrective maintenance activities.
• Monitor waste levels and implement actions to reduce production loss.
• Contribute to machine and process improvement projects.
• Maintain safety, hygiene, and environmental standards in the assigned area.
• Complete all required reports, checklists, and IWS workflow tasks on time.

Required profile

• Technical high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar manufacturing environment.
• Good understanding of production machines, auxiliary equipment, and measuring tools.
• Ability to follow documented procedures and safety rules.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
