Part-Time Senior Performance Marketing Specialist (Meta & TikTok Ads)

About the role

We are seeking a senior‑level Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and optimise Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok advertising campaigns for the events and ticketing sector. This remote, part‑time freelance position requires roughly one hour of work per day and is ideal for a professional with a proven track record of scaling ticket‑sale campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Launch, manage and continuously optimise Meta and TikTok ad campaigns focused on ticket sales and ROAS.
• Design high‑converting campaign structures and test creatives, audiences and strategies.
• Monitor daily performance, retarget website visitors and build conversion funnels.
• Collaborate with the internal team to align campaigns with upcoming events, festivals and concerts.
• Provide quick reporting and actionable performance insights.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience managing Meta and TikTok ads for events, festivals, nightlife or ticket‑sale brands.
• Strong analytical mindset with a performance‑driven approach.
• Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
