Plant Operator

About the role

Ceva Animal Health is seeking a Plant Operator to join its manufacturing team. You will be responsible for executing production and packaging activities while ensuring compliance with the highest quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out manufacturing and packaging operations according to established procedures.
• Maintain compliance with GMP, HSE, and internal quality standards.
• Perform in‑process controls and complete batch documentation.
• Follow the production schedule, meet standard operating times and productivity targets.
• Execute cleaning, changeovers and first‑level maintenance of equipment.
• Report any anomalies, quality deviations, HSE incidents or equipment failures to the supervisor.
• Monitor performance indicators and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Keep the work area clean, organized and safe.

Required profile

• Secondary education or vocational training in industrial production or a related field.
• Previous experience in an industrial environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP, HSE requirements and production procedures.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, ability to work in a team, autonomy and responsiveness.
