Product Manager – Co‑Worker Lifecycle

Join a leading ethical bank that believes money can change the world. As a Product Manager for the Co‑Worker Lifecycle, you will drive the delivery, implementation and adoption of HR technology solutions that support a global HR transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap for the co‑worker lifecycle domain.
• Lead third‑party delivery, implementation and change‑management activities across multiple countries.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional product teams, HR stakeholders, country teams and implementation partners to embed new solutions into processes and daily work.
• Track outcomes, adoption rates and realised benefits, using data and feedback to continuously improve the product.
• Support alignment across a broad stakeholder landscape and mentor junior product managers.

Required profile

• Strong experience in product management, preferably within HR technology or related digital services.
• Demonstrated ability to work in complex, international environments and manage global programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business value.
