Production Supervisor – Manufacturing Operations

About the role

Henkel is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a dedicated production cell. You will be responsible for driving performance across key PQCDSM metrics, ensuring safety, quality and continuous improvement while coaching operators to achieve their full potential.

Key responsibilities

• Set direction and vision for the cell in line with site CBN and operations strategy.
• Lead, coach and develop operators according to skill matrices.
• Own and run daily, weekly and monthly L‑DOR meetings, escalating issues as needed.
• Hands‑on problem solving of chronic losses and execution of daily DMS (SIM, AM, PM, PS).
• Develop and improve standard work across the cell.
• Collaborate with Process Engineer, Quality, VSU Leader, Training Manager and HPS Engineer to analyse performance and address losses.
• Conduct regular 1:1s with direct reports and ensure strict safety and hygiene compliance.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (Industrial Process, Food Processing or related).
• 4‑6 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage personnel and meet production objectives.
• Meticulous execution and knowledge of production equipment.
