Professional Hairstylist – Salon Services

About the role

We are looking for a talented Hairstylist to join our salon team and deliver a wide range of hair care services. You will work directly with clients to create the looks they desire while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough client consultations to understand needs and recommend services.
• Perform haircuts, styling, blow‑outs, and up‑to‑date hair treatments.
• Provide color services including highlights, lowlights, full color, and corrections.
• Administer specialized treatments such as keratin, perms, and deep conditioning.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized workstation and follow salon hygiene protocols.
• Recommend and sell hair care products for at‑home maintenance.
• Maintain accurate client records and manage appointment scheduling.
• Meet sales targets by upselling services and products.

Required profile

• Valid state cosmetology license.
• Proven experience as a hairstylist with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Punctuality, professionalism, and a commitment to ongoing learning.
