Project Manager – EPC/Turnkey Power & Utilities

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large‑scale EPC/turnkey projects in the power and utilities sector. You will be responsible for the complete project lifecycle, from design and engineering through procurement, manufacturing, installation, commissioning and final handover.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of EPC/turnkey projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and in compliance with contractual, technical and quality requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using project planning tools, allocate resources and track progress proactively.
• Manage stakeholder relationships as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, suppliers and internal teams.
• Control project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control and margin optimization.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks throughout the lifecycle.
• Oversee procurement activities and monitor supplier performance to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, HSE requirements and regulatory frameworks.
• Coordinate commissioning, testing and acceptance activities to meet client expectations.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent engineering qualification.
• 3 – 10 years of experience managing large‑scale high‑voltage electrical projects in the power/utilities sector.
• Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience handling contracts, variations and claims.
• Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills.
