Quality Assurance Specialist

About the role

Vitrin Clinic is seeking a full‑time Quality Assurance Specialist to work on‑site in Burj Al Kiffan, Algiers. You will partner closely with the sales team to ensure that service standards are consistently met and clearly communicated to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality procedures that support the sales process.
• Monitor client interactions to verify alignment with clinic standards.
• Identify improvement areas and propose corrective actions.
• Collaborate with sales, clinical, and management teams to train staff on quality expectations.
• Collect, analyse and report client feedback.
• Prepare regular quality reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Fluency in French and English.
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Control principles.
• Familiarity with quality‑management concepts, objective setting and performance tracking.
• Experience with internal quality auditing and corrective‑action processes.
• Strong analytical, documentation and problem‑solving abilities.
