Quality Management Internship – QHSS/ESG Department

About the role
Swissport Algeria is looking for a motivated intern to join its QHSS/ESG Department. You will support the implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of the company’s Quality Management System aligned with ISO 9001 standards, while contributing to digital transformation initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the rollout and maintenance of the Quality Management System.
- Support process‑improvement projects and data‑driven analysis.
- Prepare documentation, reports and audit evidence.
- Collaborate with teams to integrate digital tools such as SharePoint and AI‑based solutions.
- Monitor key quality indicators and suggest corrective actions.
Required profile
- Final year of a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Management, Information Systems or a related field.
- Fluent in English, French and Arabic.
- Strong analytical mindset and interest in digital technologies.
