Quality Systems Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Systems Lead to oversee the legal, documentary and regulatory framework of our brewery. Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, you will maintain and develop the Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure successful audits and retention of ISO, FSSC and internal Heineken certifications.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the document management platform, ensuring procedures, global SOPs and job descriptions are rigorously updated by all departments.
• Update the food safety risk analysis and guarantee compliance with critical regulatory control points.
• Centralise customer and consumer complaints, facilitate root‑cause reviews with the QA Manager and audit the effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Prepare the brewery for ISO and FSSC certification audits and act as the interface with authority inspectors.
• Audit the brewery’s ERP traceability system and coordinate annual product recall simulations.
• Manage supplier quality approval and evaluation in collaboration with Purchasing.
• Validate new inputs in line with applicable laws, standards and regulations.

Required profile

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG sector.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, occupational health and safety, quality management and environmental standards (ISO, FSSC).
• Excellent writing skills and strong administrative rigor.
• Proficiency in French is required; English is a plus.
