Recruitment Section Head – Facility Management

About the role

Eden Facility Management is seeking a dynamic Recruitment Section Head to lead its talent acquisition function for facility management operations. Based in Heliopolis, you will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the organization attracts and hires top talent efficiently and equitably.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute end‑to‑end recruitment strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Lead workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection for a wide range of roles.
• Manage a small recruitment team, set priorities, and monitor workload.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline and coordinate with external recruitment partners.
• Track recruitment metrics, prepare regular reports, and use data insights to improve processes.
• Support employer branding initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably within facility management or engineering.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate with hiring managers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Leadership experience with coaching, performance feedback, and team planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; HR certifications (SHRM, CIPD) are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
• Experience using online job boards and professional networking tools such as LinkedIn.
• Ability to track and analyse recruitment metrics for data‑driven decision making.
