Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated French‑English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them resolve issues and ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email, and phone.
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance to solve technical, order‑related, or account issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our support system.
• Share customer feedback to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with teammates and other departments to deliver seamless service.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Reliable home office setup: laptop/desktop with i5 or better, high‑speed internet (≥25 Mbps), quiet workspace.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar help‑desk tools.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms and CRM systems.
