About the role

The Management Control Manager reports to the Finance Director or General Management and is responsible for steering the budgeting process, analysing economic performance, and providing decision‑support tools to optimise profitability and resource management.

Key responsibilities

• Design, coordinate and monitor the company’s budgeting cycle.
• Analyse variances between budget forecasts and actual results.
• Define, implement and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Produce financial and operational dashboards.
• Assess the profitability of projects, activities and investments.
• Contribute to the development of financial and operational strategies.
• Prepare periodic financial reports for senior management.
• Improve management procedures and enhance management information systems.
• Support operational managers in performance monitoring.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in finance, management control, accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in management control or finance, preferably in an industrial or multinational environment.
• Strong analytical mindset, strategic thinking and high level of confidentiality.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of financial reporting tools.
